Do you have a passion for digital media and advertising operations? Are you a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing complex campaigns and collaborating with diverse teams? If so, we’re looking for an advertising operations professional  to support our client’s media team by overseeing the execution and activation of digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage key operations across programmatic media, on-site tagging, and campaign performance, while ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and operational success.

Role: Sr Ad Ops Associate
Location: must be based in Chicago
Hours/Week: 40hrs/week
Hourly Rate: $45/hr
Contract Term: 4 months with the possibility of converting to FTE

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Programmatic Media Campaigns: Create and manage programmatic media campaigns within DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 and partner with paid media stakeholders for consultation across multiple platforms like search, social, mobile, display, and video.
Tag Management and Implementation: Place digital media tags within a Tag Management Service, ensuring accurate on-site tagging for campaign performance, monitoring, and targeting across platforms like DoubleClick, Adobe Insight/Site Catalyst, and proprietary tools.
Quality Control and Documentation: Conduct quality control checks on campaign setups, ensuring best-in-class executions and launches, while maintaining clear governance standards for media/ad operations procedures.
Technical Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues with SSP/DSP and site-direct partners, collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure data is transformed into analytically valuable data sets for business insights.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years digital marketing/advertising experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital ad operations, media and site tagging, marketing analytics, digital campaign performance measurement with web analytic tools
Hands on experience in Google Analytics, Adobe, JIRA, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, Ad Servers, Demand Side Platforms and Tag Management Platforms
