Which member benefit are you looking forward to the most / Why did you join She Runs It?
I have always been a strong advocate of the mentoring program. When I first joined She Runs It, my goal was simply to connect with other incredible women in our community — and what I found exceeded every expectation. One of the greatest gifts has been stepping into the role of Mentor over the last four years. Giving back to this community is something I genuinely treasure.
What have you taken part in already or signed up to do?
Most recently, Disney had the privilege of hosting She Runs It: Mastering Leadership – Nurturing the Whole You — an event that resonated deeply with our membership by centering overall well-being, not just professional performance. It was a powerful reminder of why this community matters.
Which of these interests matches you best?
Mentoring, coffee chats, and candid career conversations — whether I’m offering guidance or soaking up wisdom from others. I believe in the power of honest dialogue and showing up fully for the people around me.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
The intersection of AI and advertising is something I think about constantly. I’m genuinely excited about how AI will transform our industry — making us smarter, faster, and more effective at what we do. The potential is enormous, and I want to be at the forefront of how it shapes the future of ad sales.
