As we put Cannes Lions in the rearview mirror, I want to take a moment to reflect on the power and purpose of our time there. She Runs It programmed four events – Fearless Voices, Best of the Badass Bosses, She Runs It, He Gets It, and Lift as You Climb – and every conversation centered on one goal: lifting women in our industry to their full leadership potential.

We go to Cannes because the entire industry shows up there once a year to celebrate big ideas and visionary leadership. We were buoyed by generous speakers from companies like Accenture Song, Autodesk, dentsu, eos, Hilton, IPG, iProspect, MAC Cosmetics, Molson Coors, NBCU, Savage x Fenty, SharkNinja, Sparks, Starcom, TeadsYieldmo – each one willing to share their voices, lessons, and stories with us.

One theme stood out: mentorship. Nearly every speaker gave a shout-out to the mentors, sponsors, and allies who have co-authored their success. They were very clear that their journeys weren’t solo, but rather collective efforts. And that message couldn’t be more timely as we turn our attention to one of the most vital parts of our work: the She Runs It Mentoring Program.

Applications are now open for our Fall Mentoring Session, and we are looking for both mentors and mentees. This is the largest program of its kind, engaging up to 1,000 participants annually. It is open to all She Runs It members.

Mentoring is more than a benefit—it’s a cornerstone of our mission. Someone once said, “Mentoring is about helping people become the best version of themselves.” We couldn’t agree more. That’s why we don’t just match people—we guide them through the entire journey, helping each pair get the most from the program.

If you’ve been thinking about giving back, stepping up, or finding support in your next chapter, this is the moment. Click HERE and submit your application today. The deadline is Friday, August 1.

Let’s keep showing up for each other. In Cannes, in the boardroom, in the hallways of our workplaces. Let’s show up in every corner of this industry where women deserve to rise.
