What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
As head of media at Floor & Decor, I’m genuinely energized every day! The opportunity to drive business impact through strategic media initiatives is both rewarding and intellectually stimulating. With our test-learn-scale methodology—there’s something truly exciting about discovering new media approaches that move the needle. The blend of creativity and analytics keeps me on my toes and makes each project more interesting than the last.
