- The Fall Session Applications open in July, and the program begins in late September. We post the application dates and deadlines on our web site, in your membership dashboard, and in marketing emails. You can apply for the program through your member dashboard. Each Session begins with a Kickoff Event where we share best practices and discuss how to get the most out of the mentorship program. You’ll also hear from fellow members who have participated in the program with tips for optimizing the experience.
- This program is open to all She Runs It members who are willing to commit to meeting 9 times a year (once a month for one hour)
- If you are interested in this program but are not yet a member of She Runs It, we invite you to explore membership and join us
- Mentors: Give back. Develop future stars. We recommend mentors have 7 years of business experience.
- Mentees: Explore. Listen. Learn. Share. Any member of She Runs It can be a mentee.
- After applying on the website, the She Runs It staff and mentoring committee will review your application, confirm eligibility, and begin the pairing process.
- When you are matched with your partner or group, you will receive a mentoring packet with helpful hints and tools that will help you make the most of the program.
- The She Runs It Mentoring committee will continue to provide ideas to help guide mentoring pairs throughout the year.
- She Runs It may also arrange special meetings and events for program participants.
