Mentoring Program

She Runs It is thrilled to offer our formal mentoring program to our valued members. This program gives you the opportunity to be mentored both by a senior mentor and a small circle of your peers with similar goals to guide you on your career path or a 1:1 mentor/mentee pairing. This 6 month program runs October 2026 through March 2027, and requires a pledge to members of the organization who you are paired with. If you are not able to honor this once per month commitment, (this can be done virtually, hybrid, or in-person where applicable), please submit for the next program. To qualify, you must be a current She Runs It member and must maintain membership throughout the length of this program.

Although we will do our best to place all applicants, mentoring pairings are based on the number of qualified participants who apply and pairing compatibility. It is not a guarantee of placement.

If you are not currently a She Runs It member and want to participate, please go to www.sherunsit.org to become one. We will begin pairing mentors and mentees in August and pairing announcements will go out mid- September prior to our programmed Virtual Kickoff Event.
