What advice would you give to fellow She Runs It members to make the most of their membership?
Start engaging. Choose and event, show up, network, participate. Don’t worry if you have to go alone to the event (I almost always go solo) there are new friends waiting for you there. I promise. If events are not your jam, participate in the mentorship program.
What is something you are currently working on professionally that excites you?
I am always looking for ways to merge my leadership coaching expertise with my role at Paramount. My current focus is on developing our team using the CliftonStrengths framework.
