Executives from Amazon Ads, Delta Air Lines, iHeart Media, Meta, Publicis Imagine, and WPP Media Join to Support the Mission to Lift Women in Marketing, Media, and Tech
NEW YORK, July 22, 2025 – Continuing its commitment to champion women in marketing, media, and technology, She Runs It today announced the appointment of five accomplished executives to its Operating Board. The new members bring diverse experience and deep industry expertise to the organization as it accelerates its mission to help more women lead at every level of their careers.
The new Operating Board members are:

- Jenn Rodis, President, Publicis
- Jen Russell, Vice President, Unified Partnerships, iHeart Media
- Jenny Streets, NA Group Lead, Global Business Group, Meta
- Latha Sundaram, Global Client President, WPP Media
- Shannon Womack, Head of Commercial Marketing, Delta Air Lines

Operating Board members play an active role in steering the strategic direction of She Runs It, bringing open, honest perspectives to the table. Operating Board also provides members with a meaningful opportunity to deepen relationships with peers across the industry, contribute to organizational governance, and make a direct and lasting impact on the advancement of women in marketing, media, and tech.
She Runs It has steadily expanded its national and global footprint, with presence in cities including Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Detroit, and a growing membership of nearly 6,000 individuals across 42 states and 10 countries. The organization continues to invest in its flagship initiatives, including:
- Mentoring programs, supporting hundreds of mentor-mentee pairs each year
- Educational loan relief grants, which have awarded nearly $2 million to help women repay the cost of higher education
- Events and community building, offering both virtual and in-person opportunities for connection, development, and advocacy
