For the first time since its inception in 2017, #Inclusive100 roundtables will be open to the entire She Runs It community twice a year in 2024. The first one is a virtual event that will take place on February 9, and it is free to the entire She Runs It membership, whether you are part of #Inclusive100 or not.
These lively roundtable conversations focus on best practices that have proven to accelerate DEI progress for companies just like yours. Persistent barriers and challenges are dissected, and solutions brainstormed. Participants walk away with an arsenal of actions, ideas, and an expanded network of allies who are working toward a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and workplace.
Empathic leadership has been surfaced as a key for successful companies, so the February 9 session will feature a guided, interactive dialogue on the topic.
#Inclusive100 pivots on measurement, which is achieved through a survey tool administered by Seramount. Thanks to an investment by She Runs It, a new tool is now available that is specifically designed for our industry. Called the Marketing, Media, and AdTech Inclusion Index, the tool has been tailored to our industry and streamlined for ease of completion. It is open for submission now and will remain open until March 15,2024. If seven companies per sector (agency, PR firm, brand marketer, adtech company, media company) participate in the survey, the tool will provide segmented data so that companies can get an apples-to-apples comparison of their progress as compared to other companies in their sector. This will be an industry first.
